By using the Caraxle website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before continuing. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. You are not authorized to copy, modify, distribute, or attempt to obtain the source code of our website, translate it into other languages, or create derivative works. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights, belong exclusively to MOBILITY DATA LABS LLC.

Our Services

Caraxle provides vehicle history checks for UK-registered vehicles, sourced from the DVLA, DVSA MOT records, and other publicly available and licensed UK data providers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time and for any reason. The price of each check is clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Use of Reports

Vehicle history reports provided by Caraxle are for personal, informational use only. You agree to use the information in accordance with all applicable laws. Reports may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission from MOBILITY DATA LABS LLC. By using our service, you confirm that you are providing accurate information and using our reports lawfully.

Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, Caraxle aggregates data from third-party sources and cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Vehicle history reports are supplementary tools and should not be used as the sole basis for purchasing decisions. We strongly recommend a physical inspection by a qualified mechanic before any vehicle purchase.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel an order for digital content without giving a reason. Because your vehicle history report is generated and made available to you immediately after payment, you expressly agree, by completing your purchase, to receive the report straight away and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the report has been delivered.

Personal Information

Caraxle collects and processes personal information you provide in order to deliver our services. It is your responsibility to ensure your device and access to our site remain secure. Avoid unauthorized modifications to your device operating system (such as jailbreaking or rooting) as these can compromise security and functionality.

Third-Party Services

Our website integrates third-party services that have their own terms of use. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Limitation of Liability

Caraxle shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including reliance on information contained in a vehicle history report. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under English law, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
